DPF cleaning, since 2010

We remove your DPF, strip the ash and soot in a 5-stage ultrasonic and thermal clean, flow-test back to factory spec, and refit with new gaskets. Off-car, workshop-bench, backed with data.

  • Pre-clean diagnostic (EGR, injectors, turbo seals, pressure sensor)
  • Weight baseline, then 5-stage clean: pre-soak, ultrasonic, thermal 600°C, back-flush, flow test
  • Refit with new gaskets, adaptation reset, road test
  • Cars £150 to £300, vans and 4×4 £300 to £450, mobile £180 to £280

We do not sell DPF removal. Removing a DPF is illegal on road-registered vehicles in the UK and voids the MOT. If a technician offers you a “DPF delete”, walk away. Cleaning is the honest fix, and it works on 9 in 10 units we assess.
