Bring the vehicle to Birmingham: workshop teardown, full recon, road test, drive away same day. Small turbo £350 to £500, mid-range £500 to £800, large VNT or twin £800 to £1,400.
Order a reconditioned turbo and fit locally: next-day dispatch UK-wide, warranty transfers to any approved fitter with no paperwork.
How the reconditioning works
- Full strip on the bench, every part logged.
- Ultrasonic clean of the CHRA and housings.
- Wear inspection: shaft play, thrust wear, seal condition.
- Replace CHRA, actuator, seals, bearings to OEM spec.
- High-speed balance test to 200,000 rpm on the Schenck rig.
