We rebuild BMW turbos on our Birmingham bench every week. This page lists the four units we see most, with the OE part numbers, the fitted vehicles, and the failure pattern. Every recon ships next-day, warranty transfers to any approved fitter, and we do not sell DPF removal on any BMW vehicle.

Common failures
The N47 and M57 boxes see the same story: shaft-play from oil starvation on cold starts, sticking VNT vanes from soot build-up, and the electronic actuator packing up around 120,000 miles. All rebuildable on our bench. We rebuild the CHRA, fit a new actuator, balance to 200,000 rpm and ship next-day.
