Every recon ships next-day, warranty transfers to any approved fitter, and we do not sell DPF removal on any Garrett vehicle.

Common failures

Garrett variable-vane units almost always fail at the vane linkage, not the CHRA. We strip the housing, ultrasonic clean the vane rack, rebuild the actuator, and balance to 200,000 rpm on the Schenck rig. Genuine Garrett CHRA when the shaft is unsalvageable, aftermarket Melett CHRA when the OE is available on next-day.

  • Mid-range VNT (GT1749V, K04, BV43): £260 to £320
  • Large VNT or twin (GT2260V, BV50): £320 to £380
  • Fitting kit (gaskets, feed pipe, hoses): £45 to £90
